Does language determine my currency?
Traditional Chinese defaults to TWD on a fresh visit; international languages default to USD. You can explicitly choose a currency, and switching languages preserves that selection.
Does an annual plan charge monthly?
An annual plan is paid once per year. Dividing an annual price by 12 does not create a monthly charge. Automatic renewal requires separate consent and supported payment functionality.
How do discount codes work?
A qualifying discount code reduces the first-year Presence plan fee or waives the first Booking activation fee. Eligibility and the total are shown before order confirmation. The same discount is not deducted twice.
Can I have a website without bookings?
Yes. Choose Presence Starter. A separate menu or catalog is an add-on. Unpurchased booking or shopping features are not shown as included.
Can booking notifications use my sending domain?
Booking notifications are sent through Ellyvalo’s unified company notification domain. Store settings control recipient addresses, not custom sending domains.
What about activation, cancellations, refunds and taxes?
Final cancellation and refund terms will be provided and confirmed before purchases open. Viewing prices does not complete an order.
